Founder, GCM Management
Beverly Malone-Harrison, GCM’s founder, was a self-made visionary, a compassionate leader and entrepreneur. After working at BellSouth Communications for 25 years, she chose an early retirement option to spend time at home with her then young son, Matthew. Soon thereafter, realizing that her drive and desire to work-with-a-purpose needed an outlet, she seized the opportunity to help a friend and local developer manage the daily operations of new communities.
Beverly prioritized helping others and giving back, working tirelessly to build a company based on the principals of integrity, knowledge and communication. In 2006, GCM was born with its first office opening in Loganville, Ga., shortly thereafter. Her business model prioritized relationships and education in the communities GCM served and fostered steady growth throughout Georgia and beyond, necessitating the opening of additional office locations in Kennesaw, Richmond Hill, Cumming and Fayetteville, Ga. Today, GCM supports over 300 community association partners across multiple states and is one of the top accredited association management companies in the state of Georgia. We are proud to serve over 25,000 front doors.
Beverly passed without warning in February of 2020. Truly a visionary in every sense of the word, Beverly always kept sight of the future. She had a true passion for helping others which is evident in the Culture of Care philosophy she established, one of GCM’s Core Values and practiced by our team every day.
One of Beverly’s greatest joys was giving back to her community, to her GCM family, and to her community partners. The foundation that she laid for her business, her vision for GCM as a successful and thriving company, and her goal to be a resource for everyone GCM encounters is a testament to all that she stood for as her legacy continues to live on.

We are here for you today and tomorrow. We wish to build mutual trust and confidence that lasts, which is why we offer flexible service options, no hidden fees and simplified contract terms with a 30-day notice of cancellation.
Flexible Service Options. Our suite of services is customized to fit your community’s unique and specific needs. Whether you require basic financial oversight, full-service management or an a-la-carte service plan, we partner with you to build a comprehensive service plan that works for your Community.
No Hidden Fees. Ancillary fees are kept to a minimum to offset our cost of materials or labor and we disclose all fees up front. We do not charge for office supplies, storage or retrieval documents, checks, website or portal fees, and GCM does not keep your Association’s late fees or fines.
Friendly Contract Terms. We are confident that you will Experience the GCM Difference, but for your peace of mind, we also offer a 30-day cancellation notice with or without cause.

Innovation and transparency go hand-in-hand as we use cloud-based management software delivering real-time data at your fingertips 24/7.
Board Members may view invoices, homeowner correspondence, payment history, delinquencies, covenant modification applications and much more.
Homeowners may login to their Community Portal to make payments, view their account history, community documents and correspondence.
Everyone can quickly access your individual Community Page filled with easy and intuitive information and actionable links to educate, take action and self-serve, anytime, anywhere and with no need to remember a password.
