Make a Payment

We offer several ways to make payments. You can pay your bill by mailing a check to GCM, paying with a credit card or e-check through your online community portal or setting up online bill payment through your bank. We cannot accept payments over the phone or cash through the mail.

Mail in a Payment

 

If you have a Coupon Book

For Associations that utilize coupon books, your coupon book is printed with information specific to your account number in the scan line. Your coupon and check are mailed directly to a data processing center at the bank, which reads this line and processes your payment.

 

To make your payment, simply mail your check with the appropriate coupon together in one of the envelopes provided with the book. Always remember to make your check payable to your Association. 

If your Association utilizes coupon books and you need one or a replacement, there may be an additional charge to request a coupon book for your community or your home.

 

If you received a Statement

For Associations utilizing billing statements, your statement is printed with information specific to your account number included on the detachable coupon at the bottom of your statement. Your statement shows the current assessment due as well as any delinquent or credit balance currently on your account. Please note, the statement may not reflect your total account balance due if your account has been escalated to the Association’s attorney. Include the detachable coupon with your payment to the address located on the coupon. 

 

If you do not have a coupon book or statement

If you are not using a coupon book or statement, please submit your check as follows:

Pay Online

 

You may pay online with a credit card or e-check or by arranging payment through your bank’s online bill payer.

 

Pay by credit card or e-check

To pay online through GCM, log into your community portal. Then, click “Make A Payment” located on the left-hand side of the page. Click on the picture of the credit cards or the e-check icon and follow the prompts to complete your transaction. 

 

This transaction is self-initiated. You may decide to make a one-time or recurring debit from your credit card or bank checking account (we call it an e-check). PayLease processes payments for GCM and accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express. Please be aware, there is a convenience fee for paying by credit card. This fee is set by the credit card company and the payment provider, and so the fee may vary by type of credit card used (typically 3.25%).

 

Pay through your bank’s online bill-payer

Follow your bank’s process for setting up payment. Please use the following address:

Payment Plans

 

Many communities are willing to work with their members regarding payment plans. If you have questions about establishing a payment plan, please contact your Association Manager.
