Your community's service package with GCM does not include management of architectural modifications and improvements (ACC/ARC) applications. This does not necessarily mean your community does not have architectural design requirements and/or restrictions. Simply, GCM does not manage this process for your Association. Please reach out to your Board of Directors for more information or visit your Community Portal to view your community's CC&Rs to learn more about your community's architectural review requirements (if any).
